7:00-8:00 p.m. CE Presentation - Technician Development: Building Competence, Confidence, and Career Pathways. Presented by Matt Borden, PharmD

Learning Objectives:

Describe a structured approach to onboarding pharmacy technicians across different levels of prior experience.

Identify key competency areas for technician development in medication distribution, compounding, controlled substances, and hazardous drugs.
Discuss strategies for transitioning experienced technicians into non-traditional and advanced practice roles.
Develop a framework for ongoing technician education, competency assessment, and career progression.

This event is accredited for both pharmacy technicians and pharmacists
